All compounds listed on syntra.bio are research-grade chemicals intended solely for in vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, supplements, or therapeutic goods and are not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any other regulatory body for human use.
Product descriptions, certificates of analysis, and research data presented on this website are for informational purposes only and are derived from published peer-reviewed in vitro and preclinical studies. No claims are made regarding safety or efficacy in humans.
Syntra Global Pty Ltd makes no warranty that products will be suitable for any particular research application.
All prices on this website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
An order placed through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. Syntra Global Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. A contract of sale is formed only upon dispatch of the goods and issuance of a tax invoice.
Payment is processed securely at the time of order. Syntra Global Pty Ltd does not store card details. All payment processing is handled by our authorised payment gateway provider.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@syntra.bio. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the Returns & Refunds process.

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on Queensland public holidays will be dispatched the next available business day.
Queensland Public Holidays: Dispatch does not occur on Queensland public holidays as gazetted, including but not limited to New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Labour Day, King's Birthday, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on the next business day.
Christmas & New Year Period: During the Christmas and New Year period, orders placed between 24 December and 1 January inclusive will be dispatched from 2 January (or the next available business day thereafter). Customers placing orders during this period will receive an automated confirmation and should allow additional time for delivery.
Delivery timeframes after dispatch are estimates only and dependent on the carrier. Syntra Global Pty Ltd does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to the purchaser upon dispatch. Syntra Global Pty Ltd is not liable for lost or damaged goods once in the possession of the carrier, however we will assist in lodging claims where possible.
International orders are the sole responsibility of the purchaser with respect to import regulations, customs duties, and legality in the destination country.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for research compounds due to their perishable and regulated nature.
