TB-500 is the synthetic form of Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4), a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid peptide encoded by the TMSB4X gene and found in virtually every human cell. Unlike BPC-157's localized action, TB-500 operates systemically — mobilizing stem cells, regulating actin polymerization, and driving body-wide tissue repair signaling. It is one of the few peptides with Phase I/II human clinical data from RegeneRx Biopharmaceuticals.
